Abstract

This study aims to discuss leadership competency in the context of project success. There are different types of leadership competency dimensions. The authors mainly focused on three dimensions: emotional intelligence, managerial quotient, and the moderating role of conflict on project success. This paper summarizes and analyzes the available literature on leadership dimensions. This paper only focused on the leadership competency within the telecom industry of Pakistan.
